Mission Statement

The mission of the Port Arthur Public Schools Foundation is to enhance academic excellence in the Port Arthur Independent School District by supporting innovative educational projects.

Goals:

1.   Recognize excellence in schools, students, individuals, and the Port Arthur Independent School District.

2.   Recognize donors to and supporters of Port Arthur Public Schools Foundation activities.

3.   Support academic excellence through funding of innovative educational projects.

4.   Build partnerships with local businesses, community, alumni, and educators to raise funds and encourage support for Foundation projects.

5.   Seek funding for Foundation projects through grants and fund-raising activities.
